Utility Loans
0% Interest Loans Available

If you don’t have the cash to pay for your windows up front, most utility companies have 0% interest loans.

The loan programs have the same qualifying factors as rebates with U-factor playing an important part in the equation.

Depending on the cost of your project, you could have up to 48 months to repay your loan.

Utility Rebates
Get cash rebates for increasing
the energy efficiency of your home

money-houseRefunds are paid directly to you after the completion of your job and you have paid your contractor in full.

Rebates rates are based on the U-factor. The rate of heat loss is indicated in terms of the U-factor (U-value) of a window assembly. The lower the U-factor, the greater a window’s resistance to heat flow and the better its insulating properties. Many utilities have a scale that pays more per square foot of glass the lower the u-value.

With rates ranging from $2 to $8, it pays to check with your utility company to maximize your rebate.

Important for customers to note that it’s the energy company
that supplies their HEATING that will give the rebates and loans.

Most companies not listed here don’t have their own program.
People using those utilities fall under Energy Trust of Oregon.
